BRIAN AYLWARD, ESQ.

earned his B.A. from Northwestern University in 1984 and his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 1988. He has extensive experience in the negotiation and litigation of commercial creditor's rights and in real estate zoning, conveyancing and develpment. Mr. Aylward has presented seminars to businesses and lawyers in the field of commercial litigation and has co-authored seminar material. Mr. Aylward has litigated cases in District Court, Superior Court, Probate Court, Land Court, Bankruptcy Court and other Federal Courts. Mr. Aylward has been a member of the Commercial Law League (CLLA), and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP). Brian Aylward, Esq. was admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as an attorney in 1988 and is also admitted in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and in the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
